Slight Header Link Readjustment

Updated header links.

I've made some small tweaks to the header links.

There is now a Downloads dropdown for people to access Sardonyx's download page more readily.
The link under Codexes now specifies that it directs to a Wiki.

I set the original top menu up in a rush on my phone, thanks for making it more usable haha
